(Auto Insurance) Liability - Guy that hit me charged guilty for reckless driving.? - calgary auto auctions
When I was in Red Deer, AB I have been involved in an accident, I was an intersection with yellow light cleaning. As the weather that day was awful, it seems that the driver did not stop from crossing the intersection, and T-bone in front of my vehicle.
The two have filed a police report, and I lost my car because they have a collision on my insurance, my insurance has increased prices also because I gave the movement. It's been four months since the incident and moved to Calgary.
RCMP are still called me and told me that I must appear in court because I gave the driver is made for dangerous driving charge.
QUESTION: If he is accused of guilt, it means I am not responsible for the accident? Moreover, if the assurances of my AMA rate to what it was replaced before the accident and his insurance less, my car, because he is guilty?

I do not know whether the laws in your file. But if you have the right to pass through the yellow light, then the accident is not their fault. In the CA is allowed to pass through a yellow light. So you need to, if you right where they are.
I would your insurance company and complain that the accident was not his fault, unless you know it. You should make a claim on the insurance of the other party to receive payment for his damages.
